Resident Ministry

The purpose of the Resident Ministry Program is to allow a student a longer period of time (more than just a 5-6 month internship) to receive hands-on training in a local church setting. The Resident Ministry program is not designed to be a student's first internship, but is often a year long experience after graduation.

The ministry of Jesus combined both the formal side of education (the classroom setting) and the informal setting (practical hands-on) in order to prepare the disciples for ministry. Restoration House Ministries adopts that philosophy. We desire to partner with students from both Bible colleges as well as state colleges to help in their educational process.

At this time, Lincoln Christian College is a significant partner in the internship program. While LCC students have been the majority of interns, RHM encourages other Bible college students to apply for internships and resident staff positions. We are also encouraging seminary students and campus ministry students to apply for select resident ministry positions.
