God continues to provide new faces each week and opportunities to touch the community with the gospel of Christ. The spirit and vision of the people is stronger than ever with a desire to reach not only Salem but the surrounding communities. The worship teams have produced a worship CD to give guests each week. Tom & Karen Gerdts add much wisdom and experience to a young church as Tom serves as lead minister.

RCC has leased a 24/7 facility that serves as office space, worship space, and a place for small groups and worship team activities. They have purchased land with plans to build in the future.
